Professionals, skilled and unskilled workers (EB3)

Foreign nationals who are professionals with bachelor’s degrees, skilled workers performing labor requiring at least two years of training or experience, or unskilled workers who do no possessed a degree or a minimum number of years of experience. Employers must first obtain a labor condition application on behalf of the foreign national.
